Your role and responsibilities

기업고객의 어플리케이션 운영자 및 개발자로서, 고객의 IT서비스 요구사항에 맞는 어플리케이션의 유지보수와 운영업무 및 신규 개발업무를 경험하게 됩니다. 또한 IBM의 Agile, DevOps 등 최신 방법론을 습득함과 동시에 다양한 실무 경험을 축적 할 수 있습니다. 그리고, IT 서비스 운영 및 관리를 위한 다양한 업무를 통해 인더스트리 전문가 또는 프로젝트 관리자로 성장해 나갈 수 있습니다.

• IBM 고객의 요구사항에 맞는 새로운 디지털 서비스 및 시스템을 개발합니다.

• IBM 고객기업의 시스템 운영 프로젝트에서의 기존 서비스/시스템을 개선하고 유지보수와 운영활동을 수행합니다.

• Agile, DevOps, Automation 등 신규 기술을 습득하고 IBM 방법론의 적용 및 확산을 위해 시스템을 개발/적용 합니다.

• IT 서비스 운영관리, 프로젝트 관리에 필요한 지식을 배우고 익힙니다.

• IBM 방법론의 적용 및 확산을 위해 시스템을 개발/적용합니다.

Required education

Associate's Degree/College Diploma

Required technical and professional expertise

해당 직무는 2025년 5 중순 ~ 7월 중순 까지 2개월간 근무하는 Early Associate Internship 프로그램 입니다.

- 해당 근무기간동안 출근이 가능하여야 하며, 개인적인 사유로 출근일을 변경할 수 없습니다.

• 최신 기술에 대한 관심과 열정을 바탕으로 문제 해결 능력을 보유하신 분

• 컴퓨터 공학, 산업공학, 소프트웨어/모바일 유관 전공자 또는 객체지향 프로그래밍, 데이터베이스, 웹프로그래밍에 대한 과목 이수 또는 자격증을 보유하신 분

• 공인 영어 시험 성적 보유자 (점수 제한 없음)

Required Technical Skills

Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., loops, conditions, variables)

Familiar with any programming language (Java, C, Python, etc.)

Understanding of SQL and database concepts

Interest in learning SAP and ABAP programming

Bonus: Any exposure to ERP systems or SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, etc.)

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Attention to detail

Preferred/Optional

Completed course or certification in SAP ABAP (online or in SAP-authorized centers)

Knowledge of SAP development tools (SE80, SE38, etc.)

Preferred technical and professional experience
